After 5-plus years, Mr. Bill’s Wine Cellar on Brambleton Avenue celebrated a 500 square foot expansion with Roanoke Vice-Mayor David Trinkle and other city officials today. Owner Bill Phillips (in the shorts and sandals) says the extra space will give him more room for wine and craft beer education sessions.
