8th District Delegate Greg Habeeb says S-O-L and ethics reforms, changes that could mean more judges and transportation funding formulas benefited from bills passed in the 20-14 session. The budget did not get approved however so lawmakers head back to Richmond for a special session on March 24th. WFIR’s Gene Marrano has more:
