Bowers delivers state of city address
State of Roanoke City is “Grand.” That’s what Roanoke City mayor David Bowers told an audience at the annual Chamber of Commerce event this morning. Bowers ticked off a list of milestones he says indicate Roanoke is headed in the right direction. WFIR’s Gene Marrano was there:
