A new Virginia poll shows Democrat Terry McAuliffe is leading Ken Cuccinelli in the race for Governor. In today’s Quinnipiac University Poll, McAuliffe has a four-point lead over Cuccinelli — 43 to 39%. The poll also shows a big gender gap, with McAuliffe leading Cuccinelli by 16 points among women and Cuccinelli with an eight-point lead among men. WIFR’s Timothy Martin has the story.

The poll results differ from a Roanoke College poll released yesterday which showed Cuccinelli leading McAuliffe by six points. Both polls show large numbers of undecided voters.
