A nationally-known school security expert is in Roanoke for a review of security systems and procedures implemented after his first time here more  four years ago. Kenneth Trump says Roanoke schools have made good use of technology to improve student safety — and to the human component to any good security plan: staff and student training and following established safety procedures.
