Patience … that’s what Roanoke City Transportation Manager Mark Jamison was asking for on a cold, windy residential street earlier today … streets have been plowed says Jamison but the extreme cold is leaving some stubborn snowpack behind. With temperatures not forecasted to get above freezing for the next few days – and wind chiil making it worse – Jamison says those slick spots may be there for a while.
