Appalachian Power is using National Electrical Safety Month to focus on copper theft. Appalachian Power spokesman Todd Burns says they’re starting see more cases pop up here in Virginia. There have been five copper thefts reported so far this year in Roanoke County. WFIR’s Timothy Martin reports.
