Some Roanokers are putting together a relief drive for people in West Virginia affected by a chemical spill that has contaminated the tap water in 9 counties. Southeast Roanoke resident Duane Howard is the co-organizer…he says water, juices, sanitary wipes and disposable utensils will be collected at the Metropolitan Community Church of the Blue Ridge through Saturday.
