The 12th annual Walk for Mental Health is one week from tomorrow at Wasena Park. WFIR’s Starr Anderson has more details on the event intended to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and raise needed funds.
Walk for Mental Health is May 17 at Wasena Park. Registration, supper, music and other activities start at 6 p.m. at the brick picnic shelter. To sign up as a team captain, walker or sponsor, call (540) 344-0931.
