The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado watch for our entire listening area until 2:00 am. A watch is not a warning of any imminent severe weather. Instead, it means that conditions exist that could lead to development of tornadoes. The weather service has also issued flash flood warnings in parts of southwest Virginia – generally for counties along or west of I-77.
