UPDATED 4:20 pm — From Vinton Police: Due to a traffic crash, Walnut Ave. will be blocked off from 3rd Street to 8th Street in the Town of Vinton (Walnut Ave is a heavily traveled roadway during morning and evening commutes). We are waiting on AEP to inspect a utility pole at this location and will advise when the road is open once again.
