Roanoke School Board gives go-ahead to apply for teacher merit pay

The Roanoke School Board has given its initial go-ahead to apply for state-funded pay-for-performance teacher bonuses. It’s a pilot program next year for schools deemed “hard to staff”. The latest from News/Talk 960’s Evan Jones.
