The suspect in a hit and run on Saturday at Valley View Mall has now been identified as Tyrek Kwandell Kelly, age 24, of Brooklyn, New York. Warrants are on file for malicious wounding, hit and run, and child neglect. Call 540-344-8500 with any information about the suspect.
