Richmond eagle chicks hatch, join resurgent VA population

Two bald eagle chicks have hatched in recent days at a Richmond nest getting thousands of on-line views worldwide. The camera’s presence there is to monitor something unthinkable in Virginia just a few decades ago — bald eagles fighting over territory. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
