Robert Jeffrey – the publisher of Colors Virginia Magazine – will formally announce his candidacy for Roanoke City Council tomorrow afternoon – the general election is next May. Jeffrey will be introduced by newly-elected 12th District democratic delegate Chris Hurst, tomorrow at 3pm at the Higher Education Center. Jeffrey’s uncle Martin Jeffrey has run several times for Roanoke City Council.
