A 4-H horse program has been invited to march in the inaugural parade for the Governor elect.

Terry McAuliffeGovernor-elect Terry McAuliffe has asked the Virginia Cooperative Extension horse program to particpate in his inaugural parade. 34 members of the group and some horses will march in parade Janaury 11th in Richmond. WFIR’s Bob Clark reports.
