Employment attorney: delay helps, but federal health insurance rules remain complicated, ever-changing
A Roanoke attorney who specializes in employment law says companies should not delay preparing for the Affordable Care Act, even if a key provision in it is now postponed for a year. Many companies will be required to provide health insurance coverage — but now, not until January 2015.
